With the increase of oncology survival rates, the need for a succinct path to survivorship and return to a new normal is critical. Oncology professionals have identified that Chemotherapy Related Cognitive Impairment CRCI is a common side effect of cancer treatment, impacting as many as 75 of survivors. For Speech Language Pathologists, cognition is a key component in the scope of practice, yet the profession has been silent in establishing their role in the treatment of this occurrence.
