Course overview

The goal of this module is to review the relationship between physiology and patho-physiology of specific diseases related to the aging processes. On completion of this module, the learner will be able to: 1. Discuss various presentations of acute and chronic co-morbidities 2. Describe physiological responses to illness 3. Review the main therapeutic principles for the management of acute, chronic and critical clinical conditions
