Course overview

Reiki I is a one-day virtual class with live interaction. The class is a combination of lecture, discussion, and experience. Students receive a Reiki attunement and participate in meditations using Reiki. Students will receive/learn the following: -Receive a Reiki 1 attunement -Learn the Reiki hand positions. -Perform a complete Reiki self-treatment. -Give and receive a complete Reiki treatment for others virtually. -Japanese Reiki Techniques, as taught by Dr. Usui including Gassho meditation, Reiji-ho - developing your intuition, Byosen Scanning - detecting where Reiki 1s needed, Gyoshi ho - sending Reiki with the eyes, Koki ho - using the breath to send Reiki, Kenyoku - dry bathing or clearing ones energy field. -Hayashi Healing Guide -Using Reiki for specific conditions.
