Course overview
This is a research intensive course that examines women with alcohol dependence and whether couple therapy vs couple therapy with individual CBT shows better alcohol treatment outcomes. Previous studied were examined and compared to current outcomes. Participants were evaluated at baseline using alcohol measures, relationship measures and psychopathology measures. Characteristics included were: Percent Drinking Days Baseline, Percent Heavy Drinking Days Baseline and Mean drinks per drink day Baseline vs during and after treatment.
