Sexual Harassment Prevention Training for Illinois Healthcare Professionals

Course overview

Under State and federal law, employees have the right to be free from discrimination and sexual harassment in the workplace, yet little progress has been made to reduce the occurrence of harassment over the past decade. This conversational style course provides answers to some of the most commonly asked questions regarding discrimination and sexual harassment in the workplace. Topics include; definitions and types of sexual harassment, reporting and protections from retaliation, consequences of violating the prohibition of sexual harassment, and consequences of making a false report. This course satisfies course requirements for Illinois Sexual Harassment Prevention Training under Public Act 100-0762 (2019) and Ill. Admin Code Title 68, s. 1130.400 (2019).
