The 12 CE hour Communication, Documentation, and Insurance Billing course will present detailed information on communication with other health care providers and patients, how to document a massage session (on paper or electronically), and how to effectively implement insurance billing into your practice. Valuable case studies are included as well as massage research and a variety of sample forms, including charting, intake, SOAP, and forms to track insurance billing.
