This course goes in depth into the subject of Sexual Harassment in the Workplace. It discusses everything from its definition to the proper steps to report it, should that become necessary. There are some things that both professionals and clients can do to thwart sexual harassment, including tweaking the wardrobe and choosing our words with care. There may come a time when you might have to either formally file a complaint or defend yourself if a complaint has been filed against you. There are certain steps that you need to follow in order to make sure your claim is taken seriously. Most of the time, these cases area dealt with in-house; in other words, the company takes care of the issue themselves. Regardless, it is smart to know what you need in the event of a sexual harassment episode. Common sense will go a long way in preventing and dealing with sexual harassment in the workplace.
