Course overview

Working with clients diagnosed with a form of dementia can be a challenge. In Safe Hands: Clients with Dementia describes the etiology, risk factors, signs and symptoms, possible complications, treatments and medications for various types of dementia, including Alzheimer's disease, Dementia with Lewy bodies (DLB), Frontotemporal dementia, and Vascular dementia, and provides specific treatment planning strategies and guidelines.
