Case Management Issues

Course overview

This course is presented in programmed-learning module that focuses on case management for behavioral heath treatment providers and examines various case management knowledge, skills and attitudes specific to addictions treatment. Various roles and functions of a case manager will be addressed along a continuum of services, from the point of engagement into a treatment system, to aftercare and disengagement. Additional emphasis will be placed on special populations and specific case management needs.
