Nursing Practice in Florida: Laws & Rules is a two contact hour course for nurses practicing in the state of Florida. This course covers selected aspects of the laws and rules that govern nursing practice in Florida. This course meets the Florida Board of Nursings CE requirement for all nurse licensees to complete a two hour course on the laws and rules that govern the practice of nursing in Florida, beginning with the biennium ending in 2015. The course contains content on Chapters 456 and 464 of the Florida Statutes and the rules in Title 64B9 of the Florida Administrative Code.
