Course overview

Patients living with issues caused by age, illness, disability or situational life experience can often find comfort through positive interaction with healthcare professionals. These interventions do not have to be invasive, scary, or even clinical. Through positive interaction with patients, individuals can become more comfortable with their situations. The course will detail that all service providers can enhance the quality of life of their clients by incorporating simple tweaks to their client contact. With guidance, training and support from their leadership, patients can be exposed to new perspectives of their lives, despite challenges and limitations.
