Course overview

This session will begin with a review of the important role of facility leadership for the successful implementation and sustainability of the INTERACT Quality Improvement Program. An overview of the general principles for implementing and sustaining a quality improvement project will follow. Next, specific suggestions on how to implement the INTERACT Quality Improvement Program will be provided. We will then discuss some common barriers to implementation and strategies to overcome them. Finally, strategies to sustain the program will be described.
