Hand Therapy for the Non-Hand Therapist

Course overview

Would you like to improve your comfort level and skill in evaluating and treating hand patients? This course is designed for OTR's, COTA's, PT's and PTA's who would like a comprehensive presentation to simplify the complexities of the evaluation and treatment of this population. In addition to a complete review of upper extremity anatomy, participants will learn how to select and administer evaluation tools and maneuvers, as well as complete management of the most common upper extremity diagnoses both non-operative as well as post-operative. Method of instruction will include lecture, written material as well as video instruction.
