Course overview

AHCA Mandatory 2 hour update is beneficial for the person responsible for food service, we suggest chefs, supervisors and cooks also attend. We also strongly advise administrators, owners and all involved with food service as we update them on any regulation updates, serve safe guides, current AHCA and health inspector hot buttons, and discuss budgeting, marketing, cultural/dining trends in our field.
