Course overview

This important class focuses on the problem of medical mistakes in the field of massage therapy. Equipment failure, negligent treatment, improper use of lubricants, oils, and stones are issues we face in the field. In addition, there can be times as a massage therapist when you are privy to an error in medical treatment of a client or family member. Knowing how to address other healthcare providers and being an advocate are highlighted in the learning module.
