Hand and Upper Extremity Essentials 2.0: Chronic, Chronic Progressive and Rare Conditions

Course overview

This course is designed to provide the learner with knowledge about the anatomical structures affected by, the pathological processes involved, and management of cumulative trauma disorders, tendon injuries, arthritis, and stiff hand. In addition, the learner will gain an understanding of the pathological processes involved in Dupuytren’s contractures, surgical techniques and rehabilitation of this disorder. Finally, the learner will gain knowledge about the anatomical structures affected by the pathological processes involved, and management of complex regional pain syndrome, reflex sympathetic dystrophy, and causalgia.
