The goal of this module is to provide the learner with an overview of bacterial infections, sepsis, and shock. On completion of this module, the learner will be able to: Discuss risk factors for neonatal sepsis Describe common bacterial infections Review strategies to prevent healthcare acquired infections Identify symptoms and treatment of shock
