Course overview

Many individuals are moving to either full or part time remote work environments and this can present a challenge in setting up an efficient and comfortable workstation. This course will address common risk factors for office-based jobs, recommended workstation set up based on current ergonomic principles, and examples of stretches to promote health and wellness while working in the remote/home environment. This course is directly related to the practice of physical therapy and is therefore appropriate for the PT/PTA.
