Emotional Trauma and Acupuncture

Course overview

Emotional trauma comprises part of the human experience. An unprocessed traumatic event remains in the tissue memory which affects the body's physiology and ultimately weakens the organ/channel systems. This course consists of two sections. In the first section, David Hartmann reviews the Heart Shen (because it has a part to play in every emotion) and then goes over typical Zang Fu patterns of anger, anxiety, joy, worry, depression, Dian Kuang (Depression Mania), fear, and worry. In the second section, CT Holman, shares the various diagnostic signs that indicate stored trauma and provides a successful acupuncture and herbal protocols to treat both acute and chronic trauma.
