Free flowing dance; connecting to the core essence of who you are through movement, music song and dance and journaling with the elements of nature! Dress comfortable; bring snacks and water. This is a self care workshop for Massage Therapist to be able to connect body, mind and spirit. Those who have learned to connect with themselves and Mother Earth; are individuals who take the time to engage in retreats and activities that complete their whole being
