This 2.5-hour online program is a live recorded video presentation given by Kay Coulter, CRNI, VA-BC that is designed to educate healthcare professionals about the prevalence of medical errors and prevention strategies. Everyone involved in the care of a patient has a duty to help prevent medical errors leading to potential patient injury or death.
