Yet if we do not tend to our own mental, physical, emotional and spiritual wellbeing, who will. The wellbeing of nurses matter. New skills, models of selfcare, and becoming an advocate for wellbeing is needed. During this time of change and disruption, nurses need to master skills in how to care for themselves.
