Rules and Regulations for Florida Nurses

Course overview

Nurses in Florida are required to take a two-hour course on the Laws and Rules that govern the practice of nursing in Florida. This course provides the required information on Title XXXII Regulation of Professions and Occupations, specifically Chapter 456: Health Professions and Occupations and Chapter 464: Nursing, as well as Section 64B9 of the Florida Administrative Code and Register. The goal of this course is to provide nursing professionals in Florida with knowledge of the rules and regulations that guide their practice and how to meet license renewal requirements.
