Students will learn about the principles, pathology and management of the patient experiencing Pulmonary trauma. On completion of this module, the learner will be able to: Discuss acute lung injury/ARDS Review the presentation and management of pulmonary embolism and pneumothorax Differentiate the presenting signs and symptoms of pneumothorax versus hemothorax Describe the management of chest trauma Discuss the management of airway trauma
