Many school SLPs and field clinicians may feel cut off from the cleft palate, developmental team, or specialty team. Their client may be of an age where team care or follow up is less frequent. Developing relationships with the team and with local doctors and dentists helps ensure effective and appropriate care at the right time. Objective Upon completion of this course, participants will be able to: Learn about the members of each patient¿s team and how you can access them. Learn to write reports and notes that meet the needs of different team members. Learn how to build relationships in other disciplines. Additional Information This course is currently NOT registered with ASHA and therefore will not be reported to the ASHA Registry.
