Goals The goal of this article is to discover the impact of the renal sympathetic system on blood pressure regulation, the clinical rationale for renal nerve ablation in severe and drug-treatment resistant hypertension and current evidence from the more advanced renal denervation devices. Objectives Discuss the principles of percutaneous RSD Explain the renal denervation procedure Identify the three steps for the eligibility criteria of RDN Identify the predictors for successful RDN
