In this session, participants will learn why post-pandemic times have left many practice owners reconsidering how they were operating their businesses when the pandemic struck. At the top of their list were such things as: The lack of greater diversification of services an efficient and effective personnel management system for on-boarding with more advanced post-training, and means by which to bring more in value to all involved. The purpose of this presentation will not only be to enlighten you with new and innovative ideas, but also to provide you with the tools and training that will enable you to execute these new practice strategies. It will take a full restructuring and reprogramming of outdated operations, followed by sequential action steps, to bring about real change. Most of all, you will learn how to better manage at a higher level of exchange with only the personnel deserving of wearing your jersey.
