Course overview
There are currently 4 generations in the workplace. This course covers how those generational differences can create conflicts and how healthcare professionals should approach and conquer those obstacles. Define Generational Cohorts Veterans to Millennials looking at shared value systems and factors in society that contribute to same, Identify strengths and weaknesses of each cohort, Identify ways the generations can work together in spite of differences.
