Course overview
This course is geared towards clinicians who wish to enhance their knowledge of stroke rehabilitation using the latest evidence based research. We will review the stages of stroke rehabilitation, with an underlying focus of neuroplasticity and its effect on our evaluation, treatment, goal-setting, and overall expectations for recovery. This course is directly related to the practice of physical therapy and is therefore appropriate for the PT and PTA.
