Course overview

Successful risk management programs in long term care facilities help decrease adverse events, increase reimbursement, and decrease the number of survey deficiencies. This educational activity will provide the learner with knowledge about root cause analysis so they are equipped to look at how parts of their organization make up the whole. Additionally, learners will gain knowledge about reporting abuse, neglect, exploitation, misappropriation, and mistreatment (ANEMM).
