Course overview
This course text is designed to provide a comprehensive understanding of the biomechanics of movement. The ten color-coded sections cover all of the major muscle and joint areas, including the spine; core region; shoulder; elbow; wrist and hand; and hip, knee, and ankle/foot joints. Each section includes highly detailed strengthening and stretching exercises for all of the above areas. The easy reference format includes more than 275 high-quality, full-color anatomical drawings.
