Course overview

All people spend a large part of each day in bed. When mobility is impaired, the simple task of getting into or out of bed can be difficult. It is important to understand this need, and learn to help patients, clients, and residents with their transfer needs. This course discusses ways to assist a patient, client, or resident with transferring into and out of bed.
