Infinity Cardiac Guidelines: A How-To Resource Guide for Physical and Occupational Therapy - SOD

Course overview

Starting June 2018, Infinity Rehab will be rolling out guidelines for the care of individuals with myocardial infarct (MI), coronary artery bypass graft (CABG), and congestive heart failure (CHF). With these guidelines, resources have been developed to incorporate the essential components of cardiac risk stratification, exercise prescription, and patient self-management into a patient plan of care. Additional resources have been developed to assist with interdisciplinary communication, documentation practices, patient education, and safety monitoring. This course is designed to assist frontline clinicians in utilizing the available resources, and to interpret these guidelines to best integrate evidence-based practice into direct patient-care.
