Course overview
Treatment plans are considered road maps for behavioral health care, including all interactions. The treatment plan is created through a collaborative effort between the client and professional, providing regular opportunities for the development of rapport. When the goals and objectives of treatment planning focus on the client's needs, treatment plans are considered to be an essential tool in improving outcomes as well as treatment adherence. This course will discuss the key aspects of treatment planning and documentation in human services including social work, addictions, and clinical therapy
