SP042 - This purpose of this course is to familiarize the learner with basic information about stress management, particularly for caregivers. Information on stress and its effect on the body, including stress reactions, is provided. This course will help caregivers to recognize the sources of stress within the five realms of experience and explain how to care for oneself. This course provides caregivers with a better understanding of stress and recognizes strategies and techniques for managing stress.
