Geriatric Assessment (v2)

Course overview

The geriatric population presents EMS providers with special challenges. As such, EMS responders need to understand and adapt assessment strategies for geriatric patients. This program will help EMS providers understand the physiological and psychological differences among people with increased age and provide an EMS responder with a good foundation for developing effective communication and assessment tools in order to provide quality patient care.
