Course overview

The purpose of this course is to familiarize the learner with management and supervisory skills related to staffing. A good company is only as good as its employees. This course will engage learners in learning how to recruit, select, hire, train, and motivate employees. Information on how to provide performance corrections and terminate an employer/employee relationship will be presented. A review of the California regulations specific to personnel records and staffing schedules in provided.
