As a result of having attended the meeting, the participants should have had the opportunity to: 1) To understand the components of the Framingham Risk Score; 2) To be able to discuss the impact that the ADCI’s recommendation to screen all commercial divers over the age 35 with the FRS may have; 3) To understand one way to adopt this change to benefit both divers and management; 4) To understand how hyperbaric oxygen can reverse retinal ischemia in an eye even when the central retinal artery has become obstructed; 5) Be familiar with the recommended follow-up management of an eye that has been successfully treated with hyperbaric oxygen for central retinal artery occlusion during the initial HBO2 session; 6) Understand the possible uses of the data available in the Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy Registry; 7) Understand the role of the Qualified Clinical data Registry (QCDR) for physicians subject to the Merit Based Incentive Payment System (MIPS).
