Course overview

In this course, oriental medicine providers can expect to learn about the epidemiology of muscle injuries. We discuss the risk factors for muscle tissue injuries, repair post injury, problems associated with repetitive movements, different classifications of muscle injuries, how these injuries are typically diagnosed and more. In addition, review the physiology behind the muscle tissue as well as its anatomy, and the mechanics of muscle contractions.
