The course will discuss different types of cough caused by disorders of respective other four zang organs and six fu organs in addition to the Lungs. In the TCM classic, Simple Questions, it states: “When any of the five zang and six fu organs is imbalanced, one can begin to cough. It is not limited to the Lungs”. The course will develop the treatment strategy for cough caused by disorders of other four zang and six fu organs affecting the Lungs. This course will discuss the acupuncture points and herbal formulas selected for various types of cough caused by disorders of other four zang and six fu organs in addition to the Lungs.
