This live 1-hour course will be on Monday 12/21/2020 at 10:00AM ET. It covers the interdisciplinary roles of pharmacists and pharmacy technicians. It is conducted online via live webinar and includes the ability to interact with the instructor. This course can be used to satisfy 1 hour of the live requirements for Florida pharmacists and registered pharmacy technicians. In this course, we will: 1) recall common problems and questions encountered by pharmacy technicians in community pharmacy, 2) determine strategies and product alternatives that will help patients avoid clinically significant drug interactions, and 3) review triage questions and provide patient profile information for the pharmacy professionals.
