Course overview

Our bodies change as we get older. It may be harder to see, hear, taste, or do activities of daily living, such as walking and getting dressed. Aging may bring a greater risk of depression and loneliness from loss of loved ones, as well as fear or anger at physical changes. The goal of this course is to show direct care workers what happens during the typical aging process, and how it may affect your residents.
