Motivational Interviewing with Trans and Gender Non-conforming Clients

Course overview

This training focuses on how to use Motivational Interviewing to Assess, Diagnose, and Treat clinical issues that may affect transgender and gender non-conforming clients. Additionally, this program can serve as a conduit for professionals to get additional experience in how to conceptualize cases that involve a highly specialized population (trans and gender non-conforming clients). This workshop is grounded in clinical skills and attitudes that clinicians can leave the training with and immediately put into practice.
