Advanced Kinesiology 101 No Prerequisite Advanced Kinesiology based on Applied Kinesiology and other techniques is a system that allows you to get direct feedback from the body, on what strengthens and weakens each individual s unique body, through the muscles and meridians. In this workshop, you will learn how to balance the body's 14 meridians and muscles using different balancing techniques such as the Spinal Reflexes, the Chapman and Bennett Reflexes, meridians balancing and tracing techniques, emotional stress release, Origin and Insertion and biochemical/nutritional balancing techniques. You will learn how to: -Use muscle testing to balance each muscle and meridian structurally, emotionally and biochemically -Identify, through muscle testing, foods or supplements that strengthen or weaken a unique individual -Muscle test someone who cannot be muscle tested directly e.g. babies, paraplegics also works on animals -Balance fixation -Improve posture, gait, range of motion and more -Recognized and know what to do when the body switches off and when you find reactive muscles -Prioritize life goals & balance energy to meet them The skills you will learn in this workshop will allow you to help athletes, children and people with disabilities achieve their fullest potential, and expand your clientele.
