Course overview

Projective testing is frequently used to clarify the clinical picture in an efficient fashion that is generally non-threatening to clients. Projective techniques assess mental health functioning through the use of ambiguous stimuli presented to the client and interpreting the client's response to the stimuli. This 4-hour training session will give a brief history of projective testing, introduce the most effective and commonly used instruments, and introduce mental health providers to how to use these instruments.
