Review the current FDA approved radionuclide generator systems for the production of Tc-99m 2. Identify the similarities and differences between the various FDA approved generator systems 3. Discuss the various radionuclidic, radiochemical and chemical impurities that arise when using the approved radionuclide generator systems NOTE: An annual subscription for Purdue's nuclear pharmacy re-certification program provides access to both the continuing education component of the program and the "Radiopharmacy Portal" a reference resource for practitioners. Subscriptions to the continuing educational offerings, which have been accredited through ACPE and BPS, can be purchased for an annual fee of $195 for nuclear pharmacists and $95 for nuclear pharmacy technicians.
