Structural Bodywork: Myofascial Massage Basics Focus on Lateral and Spiral Lines, seated and side-lying work for August 2025 course. Based on Tom Myers' renowned work, Anatomy Trains, this course offers an introduction to myofascial techniques targeting the Lateral and Spiral Lines. Scheduled for August 3 and 4, 2025, the class will explore the anatomy and functional role of these lines, with practical instruction on myofascial work within these territories. Participants will review or learn foundational techniques designed to promote lightness, ease of movement, and improved body balance. The course aims to help clients reduce pain and achieve greater body harmony through informed, targeted massage work. The classes will be held over two days, each with 6 hours of instruction, either from 12 Noon to 6 PM or 1 PM to 7 PM, depending on participant consensus and space. Total CE credits: 12 This course serves as an introduction to the broader work based on Anatomy Trains, with future offerings exploring other lines and techniques.
