Teaching Positive Discipline

Course overview

This training serves as an introduction to positive discipline methods. The primary focus will be teaching ways of assisting parents and families in developing positive discipline techniques through use of experiential activities, which are designed to build family relationships, develop social skills, and foster an atmosphere of encouragement from which the child can flourish in becoming an integral and respected member of the family and a contributing member of their community.
