Course overview

Maternal depression impacts anywhere from 10-20% of pregnant and/or postpartum mothers. Most new moms prefer not to use pharmacological treatment options in addressing this issue. Therapeutic approaches to treating maternal depression are outlined in this training, including psychoeducation, CBT, Interpersonal Therapy, and other promising practices.
