Course overview

The Class teaches basic crisis intervention skills and how to deescalate high conflict, crisis oriented people and family systems. We cover the basic in crisis intervention theory, the process of intervention and withdrawal, the art of debriefing and worker self-care. Training also includes the State of Ohio regulations for the provision of crisis services
